Rules & Regulations • February 5, 6, 7 & 8

1. All students/participants entering the campus must wear and display a valid college ID card at all times. The ID card serves as proof of identity and must be shown on demand.

2. Entry is allowed for students from Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, Business Schools, Medical Colleges, Law Colleges, Fashion Technology, and other recognized institutions with a valid ID card. MELAM and ProShow are exclusively for ASIET students.

3. Alumni, invited guests, and parents may enter for daytime events only with prior permission and a valid pass issued by the college for the first two days. On February 8, only current ASIET students wearing the Brahma T-shirt are permitted to attend the program.

4. Students must follow the neat and decent dress code directed by the college for all event days.

5. Restrictions on opening/closing of top floors and gates will be enforced as per discipline committee timings. Classes will remain closed except green rooms. Entry to top floors will be restricted after 4 PM. Students must vacate the central courtyard and buildings after 4 PM on February 8.

6. Entry will be restricted immediately after evening programs begin. No one will be allowed to leave campus after 6 PM during the programs. Parking instructions must be strictly followed and vehicles should be parked only in allotted spaces.

7. Narcotic materials in any form are strictly prohibited in and around the campus.

8. Strict action will be taken against offenders. Officials from excise and police may be present on campus.

9. Day scholars are not allowed to enter hostels without prior permission from authorities.

10. All students must leave the campus within 15 minutes after completion of night programs.

11. Event management committees must ensure scheduled events are completed on time.

12. Students are not permitted to loiter in hostels during program hours.

13. Any misbehavior or violation of discipline rules will result in strict action, including suspension/dismissal.

14. Dropped out and suspended ASIET students are not permitted to enter the campus during the event days.

15. Self-discipline and sincerity are expected from all participants to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

16. Appeals regarding results must be submitted within 10 minutes of result announcement. Participants must first contact the staff coordinator. A non-refundable appeal fee of ₹500 is mandatory.

17. Seminars/Presentations (Ashwamedha):Students must be in complete formal wear. Uniform shirts with full sleeves, differently colored collars/pockets/buttons are not permitted. Jeans with uniform shirts are not allowed. Modesty in dressing must be maintained.
