Nature of Service

Brahma is a national-level techno-cultural fest hosted by Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET), Kalady. Through this website, users can register for events and receive digital tickets for entry and participation.

Upon successful payment, users are validated and a unique digital ticket (or confirmation) is generated for the selected events. Tickets are intended solely for event access and verification purposes.

User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate information
• Do not attempt unauthorized access

Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before delivery or access.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and code belong to BRAHMA'26 and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be provided under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment made for the same registration
• Technical error resulting in failed ticket generation
• Event cancellation by the organizers

Event Cancellation

In the event that is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants for the affected events.

Refunds in case of event cancellation will be processed to the original payment method used during registration within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successful registration
• Failure to attend the event
• Violation of event rules or code of conduct

Digital products are delivered via email or user dashboard.

Estimated delivery:

• Digital products: Within 24 hours

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

• Currency: INR (₹)
• Failed payments are not charged
• Fraudulent transactions may be blocked
• Chargebacks handled as per gateway rules
